Wondering What to Expect?

You don’t need all the answers to begin therapy. But here are a few that may help you feel more at ease as you take the first step.

Frequently asked questions

  • What are your fees?

All sessions are $150 per 53–60 minute session. In accordance with the No Surprises Act of 2022, you’ll also receive a Good Faith Estimate before beginning services. To simplify billing, an active credit or debit card will be kept securely on file in your client portal.

    Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a 'Good Faith Estimate' explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers are required to give patients who are uninsured or not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You can request a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.

  • Do you offer in-person sessions?

At this time, all sessions are offered virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. This allows you to attend therapy from wherever you feel most comfortable.

  • What are your hours?

    I currently offer appointments Monday–Wednesday (10am–6pm) and Friday (10am–5pm).

  • Can I see multiple therapists at once?

Sometimes clients benefit from working with more than one provider, but ethical guidelines require that services are clearly defined. If you’re already seeing another therapist, I may need to coordinate care with them (with your written consent) to ensure our work together is distinct and supportive of your overall goals.

  • Do you coordinate with my medical providers?

Yes. If you are working with a psychiatrist, dietitian, or primary care doctor, I may request a release of information so I can collaborate with your team. Coordinated care often provides stronger support and better outcomes.

  • Who do you work with?

I provide therapy for adults (18+) who are experiencing:

    • Eating Disorders (AN, BN, OSFED, ARFID, BED)
    • OCD
    • Mood & Anxiety Disorders (including GAD, MDD, ADHD)
    • Trauma and PTSD
  • Do you write ESA letters?

Yes. I offer Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters for a one-time fee of $40. These can be provided after at least two therapy sessions have been completed.

  • Are you a crisis provider?

No. I am not able to provide emergency or crisis support. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call or text 988 immediately.

Fill out the contact form or schedule a discovery call—I’d be happy to walk you through the details.
